DAY 1 – Welcome to Athens

Once, you arrive in Athens you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to the hotel. The remainder day is free to rest.

DAY 2 – Athens City Tour

Enjoy a morning tour of Athens visiting the Acropolis and its museum. Spend the afternoon at leisure to stroll through Plaka (old Athens section), enjoy a delicious Greek souvlaki and shop at the flea market in Monastiraki.

DAY 3, 4, 5, 6 – Bus/Hydrofoil to Skopelos

Take the bus or private transfer from Athens to Agios Konstandinos and then ferry from Agios Konstantinos to the island of Skopelos. Enjoy 4 nights in Skopelos where the musical Mama Mia was recently filmed! Because the island of Skopelos is defined by lush green forests and the blue of the sea, it has been officially proclaimed as the “Green and Blue Island”. Skopelos is a traditional island not as touristic as Skiathos and a great way to explore the island is by car. Romantic scenery, beautiful beaches, caves, blue water, pine–trees, picturesque little houses, many ancient Byzantine churches and lovely neighborhoods are waiting for you to discover.

DAY 7, 8, 9, 10 – Skiathos

After breakfast take the hydrofoil from Skopelos to Skiathos. Skiathos is the most cosmopolitan island of the Sporades group. The island is famous for its beautiful endless and sandy beaches boarded by dense and verdant pine forests, coming down to the crystalline waters. Picturesque walks, hidden valleys, quiet or cosmopolitan beaches, caves, sculpting rocks and small coves are the many jewels one can find in Skiathos.

DAY 11 – Skiathos – Athens

Fly from Skiathos island to Athens in the afternoon and spend one last night at the Athens hotel prior to your international trip back to the USA.
